Some impressions of an awesome, sunny and entertaining day with Weinviertel DAC – even if it´s called a bootcamp, it was great fun: Learning some basics at a vintner´s, a little walk through the vineyards and a wine cellar, preparing your meal outside with regional products and finally enjoy what you made with your own hands!
