Wine and a good meal, food and a good wine – two who love each other. Happy who is in the Weinviertel, because excellent food companions grow here. The Grüner Veltliner in particular is a true all-rounder, as the saying goes. But what does that mean?
A complete menu can be served with Weinviertel DAC. Of course not always with the same wine. Austria’s leading grape variety, of which half grows in the Weinviertel, shows in various types and styles that it can be used to frame every course in a playful way – from an aperitif to starter and main course to dessert. Light and elegant, elegant but lively, fat and cozy on the palate, the repertoire is almost endless and goes without saying with Austrian home cooking, but international cuisine and Grüner Veltliner are also a great couple.
We promise too much? Not at all – just boil and enjoy – have fun!
